What you can research

Six research surfaces, built so a decision rests on something you can inspect — source, freshness and history — rather than a single opaque score.

Trending products

Product-level demand and growth signals with recorded history, each showing its source and when it was last fetched.

Ecommerce niches

Niche records with momentum, growth and seasonality context so you can compare categories instead of guessing.

Trend signals

Search-interest and marketplace signals plotted over time. Charts only plot observations that exist — gaps stay visible.

Product validation

Unit cost, freight, platform fees, duty and target ad CPA combined into a landed cost and margin you can defend.

Competitor signals

Search live ad creatives by keyword or brand to see what angles and offers are already running in a category.

Supplier & sourcing research

Supplier and factory records with explicit trust tiers. Field-verified requires human review and is never automatic.

Built for ecommerce operators

The same research workflow, whichever channel you sell on.

Shopify sellers

Research, price and publish straight to your store.

Dropshippers

Vet suppliers and landed cost before you test.

Ecommerce brands

Validate line extensions with recorded signals.

Amazon & TikTok Shop sellers

Compare category demand and creative angles.

Product researchers & agencies

Multi-client workspaces with shared evidence.

How it works

Discover, investigate, decide — a research sequence you can repeat before committing capital.

  1. 01

    Discover

Scan niche and product signals by category, momentum and season to build a shortlist worth a closer look.

  2. 02

    Investigate

Open a record to see trend history, ad creatives, supplier trust tier and a full landed-cost breakdown.

  3. 03

    Decide

Compare margin against your ad targets, then publish to Shopify or WooCommerce — or walk away. The platform surfaces evidence; it does not guarantee outcomes.

Why we're building it

Research you can actually check

NicheTrendFinder is built by a small independent product team led by James Tetteh, out of a simple frustration: most product research tools show a confident number and hide where it came from. Sellers then spend real money on inventory and ads behind it. We are building the opposite — every signal carries its source, its date and its gaps, so you can judge the evidence yourself.
